REGISTER TO VOTE
You can register online until Oct. 13. You can also register when you vote in person, either early at your City Hall or at your polling place on Nov 3. Registration forms are also included with absentee ballots.
VOTE FROM HOME WITH AN ABSENTEE BALLOT
Absentee ballots will be mailed starting September 18.
If you aren't registered, you will get a registration form with the absentee ballot.
Absentee ballots must be postmarked on or before Nov 3 and received by Nov 10 to be counted.
You don't need a witness unless you are also registering to vote at the same time.
